Occupational Therapy

Restoring Independence, One Skill at a Time

Offers therapeutic activities, creative activities, self-care activities to assist the individual in obtaining the highest level of functional performance.

What Is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapy helps individuals recover or adapt to challenges in daily living after a brain injury. Through personalized care plans, clients learn or relearn the essential skills needed to lead meaningful, independent lives — whether that means brushing their teeth, preparing a meal, or managing daily routines.

Our therapists use a variety of methods to target both physical and cognitive functions with the goal of achieving the highest possible level of personal independence.

Our Focus Areas

We offer a blend of hands-on and goal-oriented therapies:

Therapeutic Activities

Structured exercises and interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, and cognitive function. These activities target the areas most affected by brain injury and are tailored to each person’s needs.

Creative Activities

Engaging art-based and recreational tasks that support emotional expression, problem-solving, and fine motor development — all while fostering a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment.

Self-Care Activities

From grooming and dressing to using assistive devices, we guide clients through everyday tasks so they can regain independence in personal care.

Real-Life Practice

Activities are rooted in real-life scenarios to ensure smooth transitions from therapy to home and community
